/ Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

All orders placed with TriniPharmaTT (SIE Services Ltd.) are shipped from our warehouses in Trinidad to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Each order can only be shipped to one address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes will not be delivered.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be marked undeliverable.
  • Customers may contact the courier directly with the tracking number to arrange further action.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for delivery is TT$100.

Orders below TT$100 must be collected from the nearest TriniPharmaTT outlet.

Delivery Charges

  • Some items qualify for free delivery.
  • Other items may include a delivery charge depending on your location and delivery speed requested.

Deliveries to Tobago

  • We deliver to Tobago through our logistics partners.
  • Duties and taxes may apply on shipments to Tobago, as determined by customs regulations.
  • Our courier partner will clear goods through customs and, if applicable, pay duties/taxes on your behalf.
  • Customers will receive a separate invoice for these charges upon delivery. Payment must be made directly to the courier before the order can be handed over.
  • If the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, the courier may withhold delivery. In such cases, TriniPharmaTT (SIE Services Ltd.) is not responsible for non-delivery or refunds.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Go Natural TT (SIE Services Limited), we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof when reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, food items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (868) 728-2668 or email TriniPharmaTT@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and unboxing video (if applicable).
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Items can be returned at our Pickup Address:
    TriniRetail, Narsaloo Ramaya Marg, Endeavour,
    Chaguanas, Trinidad & Tobago (Next to Xtra Foods).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (bank transfer, card refund, or store credit).
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Customers may exchange items for another product of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference, if applicable).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Delivery Fees on Returns

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free delivery, and the return causes the order value to fall below the minimum threshold (TT$100), the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are responsible for any return delivery costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item:
  • Notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email (TriniPharmaTT@gmail.com).
  • Provide your unboxing video as proof.
  • We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Go Natural TT (SIE Services Limited) reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
