Returns & Refund Policy
At Go Natural TT (SIE Services Limited), we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- An unboxing video is required as proof when reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Certain items such as personal care products, food items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

- Provide your order details and unboxing video (if applicable).
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Items can be returned at our Pickup Address:
TriniRetail, Narsaloo Ramaya Marg, Endeavour,
Chaguanas, Trinidad & Tobago (Next to Xtra Foods).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (bank transfer, card refund, or store credit).
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- Customers may exchange items for another product of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference, if applicable).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Delivery Fees on Returns
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free delivery, and the return causes the order value to fall below the minimum threshold (TT$100), the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for any return delivery costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email (TriniPharmaTT@gmail.com).
- Provide your unboxing video as proof.
- We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Go Natural TT (SIE Services Limited) reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
