Welcome to Go Natural TT (SIE Services Limited). By accessing and using our website (TriniPharmaTT.com) or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between Go Natural TT and its customers.
• By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
• Go Natural TT reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability

• All products listed on our website or at our retail outlets are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product without notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in TT Dollars (TT$) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Payment options include:
• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Card
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Payment Gateway (coming soon)
• Orders must be paid using one of the accepted methods before or upon delivery/collection.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed (except COD orders, which are processed upon confirmation of order details).
• Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details.
• Delivery within Trinidad requires a minimum order value of TT$100. Orders below this amount must be collected in-store.
• Deliveries to Tobago may be subject to additional duties or delivery charges, payable by the customer.
• Go Natural TT does not currently offer international delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
• Certain items (such as personal care, food, or clearance items) are non-returnable.
• Refunds will only be issued once items are returned in their original condition and within the required timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that all information provided (name, address, phone number, payment details) is accurate and up to date.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their orders if delivery attempts fail after three (3) attempts by the courier.
• Misuse of the website or fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Go Natural TT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the products purchased.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
